Lendon development has cut new ground!

The development process seems to be cutting new ground and the crew marked off and begin grading the land right up to the walking path in the Jones valley farm park.  We believe this will be for landscaping purposes but as usual we are waiting to find out.  The internal development has continued as well.  We can see in the pictures below that many of the properties have been marked with the white utility access pipe.  This of course is great news as it means we're getting ever closer to seeing the first houses.  On the west side of the development a new hill has been created and the ground has been graded slightly, I'm sure more will come.  Here are some very cool pictures.  Let us know what you think in the comments below!

Lendon crew getting busy

The crew at the Lendon site is doing an awesome job!  Here you can see soil redistribution that is used to create the most stunning lawns and gardens.  This is one of the processes that visually when it's happening we don't see a lot of change, but upon closer inspection we can easily see the quality of the new soil.  

We can also see that there are a lot of manholes in place and networked together.  This is very exciting because we can see the structure of the roads and better visualize where each plot is going to be.  Enjoy the pics and if anyone has picture requests please post below and I will try to include them in the next post if possible. 

West Lendon plots have been bulldozed

The most western portion of the Lendon development which is not scheduled to be part of phase 1 has been bulldozed and flattened.  This is a very interesting update because this part of the development was not expected until much later.  Are they ahead of schedule?  Are they just working to get all of the plumbing out of the way on the entire site now?  We'll have to wait to find out, but until then here are some pictures.  Also notice that there have been runoff drains added to the site which drain into the ponds as well as the stream.

Lendon Photo Updates for August

Here are some cool updates.  It's still a little hard to see big changes right now as the pipes are still being placed in the ground which is taking up most of the labor.  One notable update is the arrival of the Harbaugh team sign.  We're happy to see that and we believe it won't be long before we're back to seeing huge leaps in the development.
