Snow falls on Lendon!

Today we were lucky enough to get a little bit of snow here in Huntsville.  I caught a few pictures of the snow covered Lendon Development.  I hope to be able to capture a few more snow covered pics in the morning as it's kept snowing so it might just pile up overnight!  Here's the pics I took. Ice covered pond at Lendon

As everyone knows, it's been unusually cold here in Huntsville this winter.  There were some scattered snow flurries but nothing that really accumulated on the ground here.  We were able to capture a few pictures of the ponds that help to show the level of frigidness Lendon saw this year.  You can see the ice covers the pond and to make it more clear Dexter decided to walk out on it in one of the pictures.  We hope you like the pics!  Stay warm and don't worry, spring temps are just around the corner for Lendon!

A Brisk January Day

It's been a cold few weeks here at Lendon.  Work is still being done, and I would like to send out a special thanks to the guys out there working in this frigid weather!  You guys are a great team of workers and Lendon is privileged to have you all!  Here are a few cold weather pics I took so you can see the progress they are making.  Take note of all the utility pipes that are planted at the property sites as well as the road as they are cutting and rocking that currently.

Lendon 2013 progress recap

Today I wanted to take a step back to look at all of the great progress that has been made over the first year of the Lendon development.  2013 has been a great year and a lot of progress has been made.  We saw some challenges throughout the year like the heavy rains and wind storms, but the development kept on keeping on!  2014 will certainly bring continued development and dare I say houses and buildings?  Yes!

Fall Lendon Landscapes

Here are some landscapes of Lendon in the fall.  These pictures highlight the last explosion of rich, vivid, autumn color before the coming winter.  I took many shots to try to capture the awesome views from Lendon.  I also included a picture of the very first Lendon fire hydrant!  Keep up the great work guys!  We want to see buildings soon!!!
