Framework and exterior walls are in place.

Wow!  Look at what we have now!  We can see these new awesome buildings shooting up quickly.  The first house has it's full foundation, framework, and exterior walls.  The second house has the foundation and several rows of brick laid.  The roads are beginning to be lined with new grass sod and the site is starting to look more like a community everyday!  Here are some of the new pictures, I hope you enjoy!

Continued progress and a second foundation is started

Today we found that progress is steadily moving on 26 Lendon Main.  The foundation platform is filled, building lines are in, and some of the wood has arrived.  Across the street, the start of a new house is also underway.  The base foundation has been dug and poured.  Here are some pictures so you can see how it's all coming along.

The foundation is rising at 26 Lendon Main

We are seeing considerable development on the property located at 26 Lendon Main.  The foundation looks like it went in very well.  It seems like the next logical step will be the addition of building lines and the floor followed closely by the building framework.  We'll continue to to keep a close eye on it and bring you pictures as quickly as possible.

Construction is underway!

This may be the day that we have all been waiting for!  We are pleased to be able to announce that construction on the first plot is officially underway.  There is a building permit posted and concrete has been poured into a foundation trench.  You will notice in the pictures that there are several cinder blocks which will be added next, along with a few two by fours.  Certainly more lumber is on the way but it is not on site yet.  We are very excited to see these buildings start to take shape and watch Lendon grow into the beautiful community that we are all so eager to enjoy.  Here are some pictures of the construction at the first plot.  I have also included a few pictures of the development around the canal promenade where the sidewalks are being extended and the bed has been excavated.
